What I Do for clients

My consultancy work falls into three main areas.

Internet Strategy

I help clients figure out how to use the internet to help them achieve their business targets. This involves:

  • Establishing the businesses sales and marketing objectives
  • Identifying the resources available within the business (both cash and time/skill sets)
  • Recommending specific internet tools which would be most effective in delivering the objectives
  • Recommending potential suppliers to be considered for the work
  • Train management and staff to work with the required services and tools

I do not have a commercial relationship with any suppliers so my recommendations are always based on what is most relevant to my clients.

Developer Selection
The process of finding website or software developers can be a confusing one. I work with clients to:

    * Help you decide what you want from your site
    * Help you put that in a structured document
    * Help you select the right developer

So the website you get is the one you need for your business.

Please contact me to discuss this further.

Project Management
I work with a small number of core clients to help them manage key projects. This work involves everything from early stage planning through to running tender process and managing software or website builds.

My experience here ranges from small projects to ones with a value of over e500,000 and the majority have involved the specification and build management of software solutions.
